The Montreal International Classical Guitar Festival and Competition has reached its ninth edition, and the theme this year will be "The Guitarist-Composers." Our distinguished guests, namely Roddy Ellias, Simone Iannarelli, and Andrew Zohn, will dazzle you both with their technical mastery of the instrument and creative talent, having already blessed us with some of the finest works to be included in the modern classical guitar repertoire.
The festival will also welcome the guitarist Shon Boublil, Dave Pilon, the Montreal Guitar Society's Orchestra, as well as the guitarist-composer Haralabos Stafylakis. For judges, we have the honor of welcoming guitarists Detlev Bork and Jeffrey McFadden.
