Instructions:

To login, enter the following information:

USER ID: Concordia ID #

PASSWORD: The one sent to you via email.

To reserve a room:

Set START time and date.

Set END time and date.

Click Find a resource tab and find an available resource at the specified time and date.

Click on Current Reservation tab. If there are no errors, click Confirm.

 

Possible Errors:

Q) There are no email associated with your account.

A) Send an email to mbdepot@alcor.concordia.ca. A confirmation email will be sent to you with your password.

Q) No authorized check out centre.

A) Send an email to mbdepot@alcor.concordia.ca. A confirmation email will be sent to you when you are authorized.

Q) Unavailable.

A) The room is unavailable at specified time and date. Choose a different room and/or different time and/or date.

Q) Turnaround of x min:

A. Add 5 min at start time (i.e. 8:05 am) and shave 5 min at end time (i.e. 9:55 am).

 

Retrieve your password:

First, consult the calendars, then click on Login to PIR (found on the upper-left corner of the calendar pages).
